About us

A little about our history



Let It Smart is not an estate or realty agency - the brand is property and facilities management. Due to the size of the family property portfolio, it necessitated developing a methodology that works well in managing and maintaining property in today's challenging economic climate. Let It Smart facilitates the operational process - leases and the legal relationships remain in direct relationship between the lessee and the lessor (owner of each respective property owned by a family Trust or member). The property portfolio includes several houses, townhouse, flats, Commercial Properties - both retail and industrial. Let It Smart does NOT buy of sell property and does NOT manage property outside of our own family property portfolio
